Zusammenfassung
Unter Strahlung versteht man einerseits Materiestrahlung, also z. B. Alpha-, Beta-, Protonen- und Neutronenstrahlung und andererseits elektromagnetische Strahlung. Materiestrahlung wird im Allgemeinen indirekt nachgewiesen, also z. B. mittels eines Szintillators in Licht ungewandelt und dann als elektromagnetische Strahlung nachgewiesen. Daneben gibt es noch den Nachweis über die ionisierende Wirkung mithilfe eines Geiger-Müller-Zählrohrs.
