Zusammenfassung
Coaching ist ein Reflexionsvorgang mit mindestens zwei Personen im Modus von Kommunikation. Der inflationäre Gebrauch des Begriffes Coaching lässt auf eine kurzlebige Mode schließen. Untersucht man jedoch die dahinter liegende Leistung, entdeckt man dass sie mehr zwei tausend Jahre alt ist und in sehr unterschiedlichen Formen unter verschiedenen Namen angeboten wurde. Im Folgenden wird ein kurzer Überblick gegeben.
