Zusammenfassung
Warum muss es Kapitäne und Steuerleute geben, die andere darin anleiten, ein gemeinsames Ziel zu erreichen? So könnte man wohl die Fragestellung rund um Unternehmertum und Gründung verdeutlichen. Es muss beide Gruppen geben: Die einen, die risikobereit sind, Verantwortung übernehmen, Aufbruchsstimmung verbreiten und neue Ideen schöpfen und auf der anderen Seite all jene, die ihre Arbeitskraft gerne in ein Unternehmen einbringen, um Produkte oder Dienstleistungen zu erstellen. Es braucht beide!
Aber mit Management Basics und der Entwicklung eines Geschäftsmodells adressieren wir zunächst die Gründer. All jene, die leistungsbereit und weniger risikoscheu sind. Diese Personen wollen mit Innovationen in Prozessen, Produkten oder Dienstleistungen neue Wege gehen. Dies nicht zuletzt auch, um hiermit Geld zu verdienen und Gewinne zu realisieren. Formalziel des Unternehmens ist schließlich die Gewinnerzielung und -maximierung. Sie kennen eine ganze Menge an erfolgreichen, inspirierenden Menschen. Denken Sie z. B. an Richard Branson (Gründer von Virgin Atlantic), Bill Gates (Gründer von Microsoft), Marc Zuckerberg (Gründer von Facebook) oder auch Ingvar Kamprad (Gründer von Ikea).
