Zusammenfassung
Als „Broterwerb“ ist das Jagen und Sammeln heute ein sehr seltener Beruf. Überdies werden viele bezweifeln, dass es sich dabei überhaupt um Arbeit handelt. Hier wird ja nichts angebaut oder hergestellt, sondern „nur“ aus der Natur erbeutet und gesammelt. In der deutschen Ethnologie sprach man daher früher von „Wildbeutern“.
