Zusammenfassung
So viel Musik war noch nie im Marketing: Ob Hintergrundmusik im Einzelhandel, Werbespots oder Marketing-Events. Fast kein Aspekt der Kommunikationspolitik von Unternehmen kommt heutzutage noch ohne Musik aus. Zugleich steckt das spezifische Erfolgscontrolling und die systematische, geplante Konzeption des Musikeinsatzes – die sich zudem beide bedingen – noch in den Kinderschuhen. Der vorliegende Aufsatz und das zugrunde liegende Forschungsprojekt erörtern daher, ob und wie genau diese Möglichkeiten schon entwickelt sind und welche Aspekte zukünftig noch erarbeitet werden müssen.
