Zusammenfassung
„Soziale Kontrolle“ ist nicht nur in der Rechts- und Kriminalsoziologie, sondern auch in der allgemeinen Soziologie und in deren Nachbarwissenschaften bis hin zur Jurisprudenz ein vielgebrauchter Begriff geworden. Vielgebraucht, vieldeutig gebraucht und nicht immer mit vollem Verständnis alles dessen gebraucht, wofür er stehen soll. Es scheint mir deshalb nützlich, das weite Feld seiner Bedeutungen einmal übersichtlich abzustecken.
