Zusammenfassung
Der Beitrag geht der Frage nach, wie Führungskräfte und Mitarbeiter den Herausforderungen interkultureller Teamarbeit begegnen können, und argumentiert hier aus psychologischer und betriebswirtschaftlicher Perspektive. Es werden aktuelle Diskurse der Führungsforschung hinsichtlich globaler Führungskompetenzen mit aktuellen Diskursen der Diversitätsforschung und der interkulturellen Kompetenzforschung zusammengeführt sowie Führungsmodelle vorgestellt, die in globalen und dynamischen Führungssituationen neue Kompetenzen von beiden Interaktionsseiten erfordern. Ziel ist es, Kompetenzbereiche für interkulturelle Führungssituationen zu identifizieren und Anregungen für die Gestaltung der Führungsbeziehung(en) zu geben.
