Zusammenfassung
Das 4-Quadranten-Modell ist die Basis für die Verbesserung dreier wesentlicher Problemstellungen bei der Entwicklung innovativer Plattformprodukte: Senkung der Kosten, schnellerer Markteintritt und klare Vorgabe für die Art der Implementierungsarbeit. Dieses Modell bewirkt, dass Produktideen im Markt in einem frühen Stadium getestet und Ideen mit geringen Erfolgschancen frühzeitig erkannt und gestoppt werden können, schafft Verständnis zwischen finanzieller Steuerung und technischer Arbeit und fördert die Reife des Produktentwicklungsprozesses, um agil auf Kundenanforderungen reagieren zu können.
