Zusammenfassung
Betriebliches Gesundheitsmanagement wird für Unternehmen zunehmend wichtiger. Viele Personalverantwortliche, Führungskräfte und auch Trainer setzen immer mehr darauf. Es gibt dazu viel Literatur und viele Empfehlungen von Psychologen, von Vertretern aus der Wirtschaft und sogar der Bundesregierung. Die Geschäftsführer oder Vorstände in Unternehmen stellen sich die Frage: Warum? Was bringt das wirklich und ist es tatsächlich notwendig?
