Zusammenfassung
In den letzten Jahren feiern immer mehr Unternehmen mit frischen Ideen beeindruckende Vertriebserfolge in den sozialen Medien. Der Erfolg kommt nicht von ungefähr. Mitnichten sind diese Erfolge nur auf den bloßen Einsatz von Social Media zurückzuführen oder – wie vielerorts vermutet – kostengünstig zu verbuchen. Im Gegenteil, erfolgreiche Vertriebsaktivitäten in Social Media bedürfen einer strategischen Planung, Kenntnis von effektiven Methoden und Wissen um die avisierten Stakeholder.
