Zusammenfassung
Wenn heute in der Öffentlichkeit, in der Sozial- oder Bildungspolitik über den gesellschaftlichen Umgang mit Menschen mit Behinderung diskutiert wird, fallen unweigerlich die Begriffe »Inklusion«, »Teilhabe« und »Integration«. Während »Integration« einen schon wieder veralteten »Paradigmenwechsel« bezeichnen soll, sind Inklusion und Teilhabe nach wie vor unbelastete Begriffe. Aber auch sie haben bereits eine 10 – 20jährige Karriere als Leitkategorien sogenannter »Paradigmenwechsel« in Pädagogik, Behindertenhilfe, Sozial- und Bildungspolitik hinter sich.
