Die europäische Wirtschafts-, Banken- und Finanzkrise der Jahrzehntwende hatte viele Gesichter: protestierende „Indignados“ in Spanien, öffentliche Bedienstete auf den Straßen von Athen, angespannte Aufsichtsräte in europäischen Banken Ein politischer vergeschlechtlichter Blick auf die Akteure fand allerdings fast ausschließlich in den Beratungen der europäischen und internationalen Institutionen statt, und zwar deshalb, weil hier zwei Frauen eine zentrale Rolle spielten.
