Zusammenfassung
Um innovativ zu agieren, brauchen Organisationen mehr als ein Innovationsmanagementsystem. Engagierte und kompetente Personen sind unerlässlich, um Innovationsprojekten zum Erfolg zu verhelfen. Der Autor beschreibt in diesem Kapitel mehrere solcher Promotorenrollen mit ihren Leistungsbeiträgen und erfolgskritischen Kompetenzen. Darüber hinaus wird der Einfluss der Promotoren auf die Gestaltung einer innovationsförderlichen Organisationskultur skizziert. Ein Rahmenprogramm zur Kompetenzentwicklung bei Promotoren in Organisationen ermöglicht es Personalverantwortlichen und Beratern, diese wichtigen Innovatoren gezielt zu identifizieren und zu fördern.
