Zusammenfassung
Hier steht im Anschluss an Baethge/Baethge-Kinsky (1998), die Darstellung des „impliziten Innovationsmodus“, also die Arten und Weisen, wie sich innovationsrelevante Verhaltensmuster und informelle Kommunikationsweisen unter Machtund Kontrollaspekten in einer Organisation herausbilden, im Vordergrund. Als Bestandteile dieses Modus sollen Kompetenz- und Kooperationsmodelle mit ‚alten‘ Statusmodellen gespiegelt werden.
