Zusammenfassung
Die Welt der Arbeit ist unser Alltag. Seinem Ursprung nach steht das Wort „Arbeit“ für Mühe, Beschwernis oder Leiden. Heute steht es im Idealfall für Freude, Spaß und Selbstverwirklichung.
Arbeit ist auf wirtschaftlichen Erfolg ausgerichtet: auf den der Einzelnen, der Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter, ebenso wie auf den der Organisation, nämlich des Arbeitgebers. Aus Arbeit wird Spaß, wenn die Bedürfnisse der Menschen, die in einer Organisation tätig sind, mit den Bedürfnissen der Organisation vollkommen übereinstimmen. Das ist fast nie der Fall.
