Zusammenfassung
Grundlegend für den Erfolg der Markenpositionierung, der Neukundengewinnung und der Kundenbindung ist eine an den Erwartungen der Kunden ausgerichtete Marktbearbeitung.
In einer Gesellschaft mit nahezu unerschöpflichen Angeboten an Produkten und Marken sowie mit grenzenlosen Möglichkeiten der Informationssuche und des Einkaufs, egal ob stationär, via Internet oder Smartphone, wird es immer schwieriger, sich im Wettbewerb um den Verbraucher durchzusetzen. Für Handel, Industrie und Dienstleister wird es deshalb auch immer wichtiger, ihre Leistungsangebote und ihre Kommunikation optimal auf die Bedürfnisse der Verbraucher auszurichten.
