Zusammenfassung
In Abschnitt 1.421 haben wir ein allgemeines Prozeßmodell vorgestellt, das auf einem allgemeinen Problemlösungsmodell beruht. Wir wollen im folgenden davon ausgehen, daß dieses Prozeßmodell so allgemein strukturiert ist, daß es sich für Handel und Industrie eignet, also getrennte Entwürfe geringen Erkenntnismehrwert bringen. Allerdings wird die Vernetzung mit den anderen Funktionsbereichen etwas anders aussehen. Deshalb wollen wir einige spezifizierende Hinweise vorschalten.
