Zusammenfassung
Das OSG beginnt am Fibulaköpfchen, zumindest in bezug auf seine Probleme. Bei jeder OSG-Läsion beginnt die Untersuchung daher im Kniebereich. Wird der palpierende Finger in der hohen Fibularegion nicht fündig, so wird er es öfter, als man glaubt, auf Höhe der vorderen Syndesmose.
