Zusammenfassung
Jede menschliche Gemeinschaft wird getragen von einem gewissen normativen Verhalten ihrer Mitglieder, ohne das sie nicht bestehen kann. Jede Gemeinschaft kennt die Problematik im Umgang mit jenen Menschen, die entweder bewußt oder ohne ihren ausdrücklichen Willen in ihrem Verhalten aus dieser Gemeinschaft herausfallen. Was als normal, krank oder verbrecherisch angesehen wird, hängt in hohem Maße von den jeweiligen Anschauungen der Gesellschaft ab, in welcher die Verhaltensstőrungen auftreten.
