Diejenigen, die ihre Frauen zum Metzger begleiten oder die sich in Sektionsräumen aufhalten, wissen, wie ein Schnitt durch die Leber aussieht: saubere, glatte, regelmäßige Konturen und scharfe Ränder — also ganz allgemein ein harmonisches Bild. Diese Konfiguration weisen auch die bereits in Kap. 5 gezeigten sonographischen Schnittbilder auf (Abb. 5.5 u. 5.6 sowie 6.1 a).
