Zusammenfassung
Eiu ftädtischer Förster, welcher zugerichtetes holz aus dem feiner amtlichen Obhut anvertrauten Walde widerrechtlich eutnimmt und sich zueignet, begeht keine Unterschlagung, sondern Diebftahl, sofern nicht durch besondere umstände dargethan wird, daß ihm der Gewahrsam an diesem holze übertragen war.
