Zusammenfassung
Die psychoanalytische Migräneforschung hat im wesentlichen 2 psychodynamische Faktoren beschrieben, die von beträchlicher Relevanz für die Therapie des Migränepatienten sind:

a)
chronisch unterdrückte Feindseligkeitsimpulse, insbesondere gegenüber familiären Bezugspersonen sowie
-
b)
eine perfektionistische Leistungseinstellung, die sich auf ganz verschiedene Lebensbereiche beziehen kann.
