Zusammenfassung
Wir gehen davon aus, daß wir wissen, was elektrische Ladungen sind. Sie können realisiert sein durch Elektronen oder andere geladene Elementarteilchen, aber auch durch größere Teilchen. Wir wissen außerdem, daß es Raumgebiete gibt, wo auf solche Ladungen Kräfte wirken. Zunächst reden wir von Kräften, die unabhängig vom Bewegungszustand der Teilchen sind.
