Zusammenfassung
Jedes operative Verfahren soll so vorbereitet und geplant werden, daß die Operation an sich ungestört und möglichst atraumatisch erfolgen kann. Die präoperative Planung hat zwei Ziele, erstens das „gewünschte Endresultat” präoperativ auf Transparentpapier zu entwerfen, und zweitens die dazu notwendige chirurgische Taktik schrittweise festzulegen sowie die dazu erforderlichen Instrumente und Implantate bereitzustellen.
