Zusammenfassung
Die Resultate dieses Kapitels zeigen die enge Verflechtung von Adjazenz Γ und Inzidenz M. Sie besitzen wieder schöne kombinatorische Anwendungen. In Abschnitt 9.1 geht es um Unabhängigkeit, d. h. um „wechselweises Nichtbenachbartsein“ von Punkten in einer Punktmenge, was eine einfache relationenalgebraische Charakterisierung mit Hilfe der Adjazenz Γ erlaubt. Hier interessieren wir uns für möglichst große Punktmengen mit dieser Eigenschaft.
