Zusammenfassung
Schmerz entsteht als Folge mechanischer, thermischer oder chemischer Schädigung des Gewebes. Hinter dieser einfachen Feststellung verbergen sich ganz unterschiedliche klinische Ursachen wie z. B. Verletzungen, Ischämie, Spasmen der glatten bzw. quergestreiften Muskulatur oder die Dehnung von Blutgefäßen an der Hirnbasis.
