Zusammenfassung
Wer sich mit der Auswahl von Standard-Applikations-Software befaßt, hat bereits eine deutliche Wandlung seiner Grundeinstellung hinter sich: die Abkehr von dem Planungs- und Realisierungsziel, 100 %-Lösungen für seine gegebenen betrieblichen Abläufe in den einzelnen Funktionsbereichen zu implementieren. Eine weitere Erfahrung kommt sehr schnell dazu: die Einsatzplanung und Auswahl von Standard-Software erfordert ein 100 %-Konzept für alle betrieblichen Funktionsbereiche. Für diese Gestaltungsaufgabe sind als Input nicht so sehr Produktbeschreibungen erforderlich, sondern die profunde Kenntnis der Anforderungen des Marktes des Unternehmens und ein hohes Verständnis für das Unternehmen selbst.
