Abstract
Infants comprise only a small fraction of the total number of cases of craniocerebral trauma encountered in neuropathology. The lesions found in infants and children older than 1 or 2 years do not differ in principle from those seen in adults. Reference is made here only to lesions characteristic of early infancy.
