Zusammenfassung
Die Lithiasis der Gallenblase tritt unter zwei sehr unterschiedlichen sonographischen Bildern auf: Entweder ist die Gallenblase vollkommen mit Steinen angefüllt, oder sie enthält nur ein oder einige wenige Konkremente, die nicht das ganze Lumen beanspruchen. Mit diesem zweiten, häufigeren Fall wollen wir uns zunächst beschäftigen. Zwei Hinweiszeichen, ein direktes und ein indirektes, leiten auf die richtige Fährte.
