Abstract
The main problem in the presence of clinical signs suggesting normal pressure hydrocephalus (NPH) is to demonstrate their possible relation to an impairment of cerebrospinal fluid absorption. It is then logical to propose a CSF diversion in expectation of an improvement in the patient’s condition.
