Abstract
We gather here some of the basic notions which appear elsewhere in the book and are strictly necessary for our purpose, namely the resolution of the equations (1.3.6). The logical structure of this paragraph is self contained, but, for a deeper and more detailed presentation, we refer the reader to classical monographs [34, 72]. Although the first five chapters of the book demand much less generality, we think that a more abstract understanding is nevertheless useful.
