Abstract
Although liver division for transplantation in two adults was already proposed in the past, sharing a donor liver graft has mostly concerned an adult and a child in more recent years. Interestingly, the original technique has been slightly modified with time, benefiting from technical innovations developed for procurement in living-related donors and for in situ division of cadaveric donor livers. These modifications for a more direct and simpler procedure.
