12.1 Allgemeine Überlegungen
Aus den beiden Grenzwerten α t (Formzahl der tiefen Kerbe hyperbolischer Krümmung, Bild 12.1) und α f (Formzahl der flachen Kerbe elliptischer Krümmung, Bild 12.2) läßt sich die Formzahl der beliebig tiefen Kerbe zusammensetzen. Der Index E bezieht sich auf die Effektivspannung nach der Oktaederschubhypothese oder Hypothese der Gestaltänderungsenergie [6.5]. Dabei wurde die zweite Hauptspannung berücksichtigt (bei extrem dicken Scheiben sowie bei Drehkerben mit großem Achsabstand, vgl. 9.2, wird die zweite Hauptspannung gleich ν(σmax - σ N )). Bei αt3E und αf3E wurde von σmax mit Rücksicht auf die Nennspannung auf τmax = σmax/√3 umgerechnet.
