Zusammenfassung
Im Mittelpunkt therapeutischen Handelns steht der kranke Mensch, der Patient. Therapeuten erleben Patienten in der täglichen Interaktion oft als »undurchschaubare Wesen«: Jeder Patient verhält sich anders, jeder Patient versteht anders — kein Patient ist wie der andere. Gerade diese Vielfalt macht einerseits den Reiz, andererseits die Krux therapeutischer Arbeit aus.
