Zusammenfassung
In den Datenbeständen von Unternehmen sind viele Kundeninformationen gespeichert, die effektiv in der Kundenkontaktpflege bzw. im Marketing genutzt werden können. Als besonders wirksam hat sich die automatische Generierung von Anlässen mittels so genannter Kundenberatungsprogramme herausgestellt. Beispiele für Direktmarketing sind Einladungen zu Veranstaltungen zur Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen, Direktverkauf über Mailing und Call-Center, Versand von Produktinformationen oder auch eine Terminvereinbarung für ein persönliches Beratungsgespräch.
