Zusammenfassung
Das beginnende Jahrtausend ist gekennzeichnet durch eine stetig zunehmende Produktparität, durch steigenden Konkurrenzdruck und die wachsende Fragmentierung der Märkte und Medien. Eine unmittelbare Konsequenz hieraus ist die sinkende Produkt-und Anbieterloyalität. Dementsprechend werden Kundenbindung und Neukundengewinnung heute nicht mehr in erster Linie durch das Angebot eines herausragenden Produktes gesichert, sondern vielmehr durch intelligente Marketing-und Vertriebsstrategien realisiert.
