Dabei wird deutlich, dass fundierte und aussagekräftige empirische Studien zu diesem wichtigen Thema sehr selten sind. Durch die hohe Relevanz und Bedeutsamkeit der Organisationsentwicklung für den zukünftigen Erfolg von Unternehmen wird ein intensiver Austausch und Dialog zwischen Wissenschaft und Praxis notwendig.
