Zusammenfassung

Kompressionssyndrome des N. radialis sind seltener. Das klassische Syndrom ist das Supinatortunnelsyndrom, eine Kompression des motorischen Astes, heute zumeist als N.-interosseus-posterior-Syndrom bekannt. Seine Behandlung ist in der Regel operativ, wobei sich meist eine Kompression unter der Frohse’schen Arkade, aber auch Tumoren wie Lipome oder Ganglien finden. Nicht ganz selten kommt eine Faszikeltorsion des N.interosseus post. proximal des Nervenabgangs vom Radialishauptstamm mit identischer klinischer Symptomatik infrage.

Umstritten ist die Existenz des Radialis-Tunnel-Syndroms, das mit dem „Tennisellenbogen“ in Verbindung gebracht wird. Die distale Kompression des sensiblen Ramus superficialis, als Wartenberg-Syndrom bzw. Cheiralgie bezeichnet, ist von den häufigeren Druckläsionen, z. B. durch Armbänder, abzugrenzen.
