Zusammenfassung
Jeder Transport eines kritisch kranken Patienten stellt ein Risiko dar, sodass vorher – insbesondere bei „Diagnostikfahrten“ – immer eine Nutzen-Risiko-Abwägung erfolgen muss. Trotzdem sind viele Transporte unumgänglich und müssen manchmal sogar unter Notfallbedingungen erfolgen. Es ist daher empfehlenswert, alle Intensivtransporte standardisiert durchzuführen und die erforderliche Ausrüstung und das Personal rund um die Uhr einsatzbereit vorzuhalten (Fanara et al. 2010). Inzwischen gibt es dazu auch Expertenforen, Empfehlungen oder Richtlinien verschiedener Fachgesellschaften (Association of Anaesthetists of Great Britain and Ireland 2006, 2009; Australasian College for Emergency Medicine 2003, Deutsche interdisziplinäre Vereinigung für Intensiv- und Notfallmedizin – DIVI 2004a; Quenot et al. 2012; Warren et al. 2004), die z. T. aber nur einen Minimalstandard definiert haben.
