Zusammenfassung
Das Erlernen der physiologischen Prozesse der Hämostase ist unabdingbar für das Verständnis von angeborenen sowie erworbenen Butgerinnungsstörungen. Das Erkennen und Einschätzen einer Pathologie hinsichtlich der Blutgerinnung gehört zu den Aufgaben des Behandlers. Demnach werden hier sowohl diagnostische Hinweise und Charakteristika als auch perioperativ therapeutische Maßnahmen im Rahmen zahnärztlich-chirurgischer Eingriffe mit Blutungskomplikation vermittelt. Hierbei wird auch der Entwicklung neuer oraler Antikoagulanzien Rechnung getragen.
