Hypnose in der Geburtsvorbereitung

Zusammenfassung

Nach einem Überblick über historische und aktuelle Konzepte der Geburtsvorbereitung zur Erleichterung der Geburt wird die inhaltliche Konzeption und praktische Durchführung der HypnoMentalen Geburtsvorbereitung (Hüsken-Janßen 2005) als aktuelle Weiterentwicklung der Hypnoreflexogenen Methode (Schauble et al. 1998) ausführlich dargestellt. Die HypnoMentale Geburtsvorbereitung strebt in einem Probelauf der Geburt in Trance durch den Einsatz verschiedener hypnotherapeutischer Techniken die Unterbrechung des Angst-Anspannungs-Schmerz-Kreislaufs an. Die Wirksamkeit der HypnoMentalen Geburtsvorbereitung wurde in einer multizentrischen Untersuchung von Hüsken-Janßen (2005) nachgewiesen. Abschließend werden weitere Anwendungsbereiche von Hypnose in der Schwangerschaft vorgestellt: Hyperemesis gravidarum, vorzeitige Wehen und drohende Frühgeburt.
