Zusammenfassung
Qipp, Loylogic, Figo, das alles sind Unternehmen, die es vor zwei Jahren noch nicht gegeben hat. Diese Tatsache an sich ist noch nicht aussergewöhnlich – Unternehmensgründungen, wie auch Unternehmensschliessungen, gibt es seit dem Alter-tum. Das Besondere an diesen Unternehmen ist jedoch, dass sie das Informationszeitalter repräsentieren, wie kaum andere. Ihre Geschäftsmodelle basieren auf innovativen Ideen in Verbindung mit moderner Informationstechnik (IT). Sie zielen darauf ab, das Leben der Kunden zu verbessern und damit einen wirklich wertschöpfenden Nutzen zu stiften. Menschen werden mit anderen Menschen und Dingen vernetzt, Nutzer beraten und unterstützen sich gegenseitig, Unternehmen lernen direkt vom und mit dem Kunden. Organisationen verändern sich, zum Teil grundlegend, durch den Einfluss von Nutzerverhalten und IT.
