Zusammenfassung
Das bei der Planung der Regelung von Dampfanlagen anzustrebende Ziel besteht in jedem Falle darin, die unter den jeweils gegebenen Bedingungen optimale Lösung zu finden. Beim Bestimmen dieses Optimums stehen zunächst technische und wirtschaftliche Faktoren im Vordergrund. Daneben sind aber auch die Beziehungen aktiver und passiver Art des Menschen zur Regelung bei diesem Optimierungsvorgang zu berücksichtigen.
