Zusammenfassung
Der Körper reguliert bei Diäten, wenn man nicht gleichzeitig richtig trainiert oder schwer arbeitet, seinen Grundumsatz drastisch herunter – und baut nur Muskulatur ab. Sind die Muskeln weg, so wird die Ausgangslage für den adipösen Diabetiker schlechter als vorher, es entsteht der der sog. Jojo-Effekt. Da hilft nur: ausreichend komplexe Kohlenhydrate, kaum Fett und richtiges Training mit Muskelaufbau.
