Zusammenfassung

In diesem Kapitel erhält der Leser eine genaue Beschreibung der typischen Darstellung des normalen Gewebes (Sehnen, Bänder, Nerven, Muskeln, Knorpel etc.) im Ultraschall anhand zahlreicher Bildbeispiele. Es werden alle wichtigen anatomischen Strukturen und deren Normvarianten im Detail beschrieben – vom distalen Unterarm, über Handgelenk/Karpaltunnel bis zu den Fingerspitzen. Desweiteren werden die einzelnen Standardpositionen zur Ultraschalluntersuchung von Hand und Handgelenk vorgestellt. Das Kapitel enthält hilfreiche Praxistipps inklusive möglicher »pitfalls« für den sonografischen Anfänger.
