Abstract
This paper presents a design and prototyping of power supply overlaid communication system for industrial machine. In industrial machine, the control signals require for real-time and reliable. However, there is no power supply overlaid communication system for industrial machine to meet such requirements with current technology. We have developed a power supply overlaid communication system to meet the demands of these two. We also report to develop a channel emulation system using power line model for industrial machine, since the evaluation of the proposed system.
