Zusammenfassung
In dem nachfolgenden Kapitel wird ausgehend von der Beschreibung der natürlichen körpereigenen Blutdruckregulation eine Möglichkeit der automatisierten medikamentösen Blutdruckmanipulation beschrieben. Dabei wird zunächst ein vereinfachtes Modell zu einem komplexeren aufgebaut. Anhand des renommierten Guyton-Modells wird gezeigt, wie ein Modell des Herz-Kreislauf-Systems für die Entwicklung eines Regelungssystems adaptiert werden kann.
