Zusammenfassung
Gefühle bedingen menschliches Handeln und haben beträchtliche Einwirkungen auf Entscheidungen, die wir täglich treffen. Auch unser arbeitsbezogenes Handeln bleibt nicht unberührt von Gefühlen. Vielmehr beeinflussen sie den beruflichen Alltag auf verschiedenen Ebenen. So spielen Gefühle im Teamwork eine wichtige Rolle und auch Führungskräfte sind vielfach mit Gefühlen konfrontiert und müssen Wege finden, diese konstruktiv in ihr Führungsverhalten einzubinden. Nicht nur betriebsintern, sondern auch in Kooperationen verschiedener Unternehmen, können Gefühle für Irritationen und Störungen sorgen und bergen ein beträchtliches Konfliktpotential. Da Gefühle insbesondere in Situationen große Bedeutung erlangen, in denen Menschen interagieren, beschäftigt sich auch das Human Resource Management zur Sicherstellung der Teamleistung mit dem Themengebiet „Gefühle und Konflikte“.
