Zusammenfassung

Die psychische Belastung des Paares mit Kinderwunsch nach Fehlgeburt ist sehr ausgeprägt, und dies bereits nach dem ersten Ereignis. Das typische Paar mit habitueller Abortneigung weist in der Regel eine rasche Schwangerschaftsfolge und nur selten eine Sterilitätsproblematik auf. Treten nun zahlreiche Fehlgeburten gerade in kurzer Abfolge auf, so wird jede weitere Schwangerschaft von Angst geprägt sein (Tang u. Quenby 2010).
