Zusammenfassung
Silja Kotte und Ellen Künzel beschäftigen sich mit der Nutzung von in der Unternehmen durchgeführter Diagnostik im Coaching. Sie geben eine Übersicht über verschiedene Spielarten der Leistungs- und Potenzialbeurteilung in Organisationen und skizzieren die wichtigsten Forschungsbefunde zum diagnostischen Verhalten von Coaches sowie zur Verknüpfung von Assessment- und Feedbackprozessen mit Coaching. Durch exemplarische Prozessverläufe aus der Unternehmenspraxis geben sie einen Einblick in unterschiedliche Kombinationsmöglichkeiten von im Unternehmen durchgeführten Assessments mit anschließenden Coachingprozessen. Anhand von 3 konkreten Praxisbeispielen stellen sie Chancen und Stolpersteine in der Bearbeitung solcher Assessments im Coaching dar. Der Beitrag schließt mit einigen Leitfragen für Coaches sowie 6 Thesen für die Nutzung von in der Organisation durchgeführter Diagnostik im Coaching. Der Dreiecksgestaltung zwischen Coach, Coachee und Organisation kommt dabei besonderes Gewicht zu.
